Alaska Birther Files Lawsuit Stating President Obama is Ineligible Because of His Race

An Alaska man has filed a lawsuit to remove the president from his state's ballot, citing the 14th amendment and stating that before its ratification, "the race of "Negro" or "mulatto" had no standing to be citizens of the United States under the United States Constitution."

He really went back a couple of centuries with this one...
